We are seeking a general employee/food production associate for our Petersburg, Virginia facility. Multiple shifts and areas of the facility are available.

     

    Job Description: NEW STARTING WAGES UP TO $19.75 PER HOUR (including shift bonus and attendance incentive) FULL-TIME BENEFITS

    In this role you will:

    + Work multiple line positions to complete food production and quality goals

    + Meet all physical and food safety requirements

    + Communicate with team/management to create a productive and positive work environment

    + Cross train to learn all areas of the facility – we promote from within whenever possible!

    Qualifications:

    + 18 years of age or older

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced active environment

    + Able to work in a refrigerated environment with appropriate protective clothing

    + Perform basic math functions

    + Willing and able to regularly lift/or move up to 40 pounds

    + Able to maintain appropriate attendance and performance standards
