Call Center Specialist (Assisting with Travel)

Support increased travel operations workload across domestic and foreign travel programs via phone.
Key Activities:
• Perform travel request intake, review, authorization, and voucher processing
• Provide customer support through channels such as the ERIC Helpdesk
• Ensure compliance with the client’s policy in all transactions
• Support travelers currently managing their own arrangements
• Facilitate cross-training between domestic and foreign travel teams
• Track workload volumes and support performance metrics reporting
Holds a bachelor’s degree plus 1 year or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience. Provides relevant work experience that demonstrates a combination of any of the following:
• Demonstrated experience performing project tasks;
• Experience in one or more of the key project areas;
• Supports implementation of business operations improvements or project tasks;
• Strategic planning experience; and
• Strong writing and verbal communications skills
This program requires US Citizenship
Position Details:
+ Pay Rate / Range: $25/hr
