As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our supply chain and distribution network. You will be accountable for coordinating the shipping and receiving processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ .
In this role, you will impact the smooth operation of our supply chain by accurately receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with all shipping and receiving regulations and procedures
YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
WE VALUE
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Forklift certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
