    As **Director Portfolio Management for Electrical Products and Sustainability** at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our portfolio within the Honeywell Building Automation division. Your expertise will be essential in aligning our offerings with market needs and ensuring our portfolio is positioned for success in high-growth verticals, and customer segments.

     

    You will report directly to our Vice President – Offering Management, Connected Buildings, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact our ability to capture new market opportunities in energy, sustainability and electrical management space of building automation, understand customer needs, develop key solutions to address market requirements, in a differentiated manner, and drive profitability through effective portfolio management strategies.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Lead offering management for a complete electrical software package (EPMS, Microgrid controller, demand management, BESS, Electrical Asset Management)

    + Develop cloud agnostic, virtualized and containerized architecture for Electrical Power Monitoring System, working on partnerships and the end to end business model and monetization plan

    + Help integrate of all the energy related solutions like Carbon and Energy Manager (CEM), Enacto, Honeywell Energy Manager (HEM), Power Manager (PM) into a holistic solution on Forge

    + Migration of existing customers to the new stack

    + Drive pipeline and opportunities for energy solution

    + Work with regional teams understanding local carbon tax requirements, and evolving regulations, and how to deliver “regional-wrappered” solutions to meet local needs, offshooting from core global solutions

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 8+ years of prior Product Management experience, and software offering solutioning, leading ideation to launch and P&L management

    + Key need is to have a deep domain expertise in electrical market and end customer requirements (datacenter, hospitality, healthcare, C&I)

    + Experience with VOC surveys, customer segmentation, and value pricing.

    + Proficient in understanding of global sustainability regulations, carbon tax laws, and developing innovative regional solutions

    + Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    + Experience with developing and executing strategies to expand product offerings.

    + Proficiency in market analysis and product lifecycle management in the AI space and have developed data-based outcome solutions.

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

    + Experience in a global organization, particularly within the building technologies sector.

    + Strong leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
