    The annual base salary range for this position is $63,300 - $85,150. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 6+ years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment.

    + Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Physics.

    + Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields.

    + Proven track record of technical leadership and project management.

    + Experience with software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.

    + Familiarity with technology commercialization processes and intellectual property generation.
