    Salary: $1661 / Week

     

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift | New Bern, NC

     

    Contract Type: 12-Week Assignment

     

    Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

     

    Hours: 36 hours/week

     

    Start Date: ASAP – 10/20

     

    Shift Requirement: Every other weekend

     

    Facility Type: Long Term Care / IDD (Intellectual Developmental Disabilities)

    Compensation:

    + Travel LPNs (50+ miles): $1,678/week

    + Local LPNs: $35/hour

    Job Description:

    We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a long-term care facility in New Bern, NC that serves individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role is ideal for compassionate and skilled nurses who have experience in complex care settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct nursing care to residents with IDD

    + Manage and monitor tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastrostomy tubes

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care

    + Document patient care and progress accurately

    + Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state regulations

    Qualifications:

    + Active LPN license in North Carolina or compact state

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or IDD settings

    + Proficient in managing trachs, vents, and gtubes

    + BLS certification (required)

    + Ability to work every other weekend
