    Salary: $28 / Hour

    Position Overview

    + Title: Case Manager

    + Division: Foster Care and Family Services

    + Location: New Bedford, MA

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (some evening/weekend availability may be required)

    Responsibilities

    + Assess child, youth, and family strengths and needs

    + Develop supportive relationships with assigned individuals

    + Participate in team meetings (Treatment Plans, IEPs, Foster Care Reviews)

    + Provide in-home case management services

    + Advocate for children and families

    + Support foster and biological families

    + Collaborate with internal and external providers

    + Monitor placements per DCF/EEC/KDC regulations

    + Maintain documentation and compliance

    + Transport children/families as needed

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field (Psychology, Human Services)

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Bilingual (Portuguese or Spanish) preferred
