    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    + Lead Qualification & ABM: Qualify leads through criteria-based assessment and engagement; partner with sales to implement account-based marketing strategies and follow up to drive lead conversion.

    + Automation and Prioritization: Collaborate across functions to fully use technology to support automation, prioritization, and lead follow up for the sales team.

    + Initial Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for leads through phone, email, or chat, gathering information and building rapport.

    + Email Campaign Management: Assist in delivering email marketing campaigns by segmenting lists, personalizing messages, and tracking responses. Analyze open and click-through rates to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

    + Social Outreach: Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads. Engage in meaningful conversations, share relevant content, and build relationships to nurture leads.

    + Lead List Management: Supervise various lead lists, whether purchased, built internally, or sourced from industry databases. Ensure these lists are current and relevant, segmenting them based on criteria such as target segment, key account, or engagement level

    + Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the marketing team regarding lead quality and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, assisting in the refinement of future strategies.

    + Data and Analytics: Manage the lead management process, analyze data, report on success, and ensure leads are generated and converted. Track opportunities for sales to close and win, helping marketing demonstrate a strong return on investment (ROI).

    YOU HAVE:

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales or similar with 2 years of experience in marketing or lead generation; or equivalent relevant professional experience.

    + Prior experience in the data center or building services industry preferred.

    + Experience with Salesforce and Marketo preferred.

    + Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, manages workload autonomously, drives projects to completion, and makes data-driven decisions.

    + Ability to travel up to 20%.

    Pay Transparency

     

    nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

    Compensation Range:

    $62,900.00 - $116,900.00

     

    Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
