    Salary: $45 / Hour

     

    District located in Gaithersburg, MD

     

    Position: Special Education Teacher

     

    -2025 - 26 School Year

     

    -11/12 start date

     

    -Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs/week

     

    -Weekly pay

     

    -Behavioral learning center, all students have attached IEP the teacher takes part in meetings and implementation in coordination with social worker, principal, and aides/teaching assistants

     

    -Temp to perm conversion at 960 hours is expected

    1. High School Science SPED Teacher

    1. Middle School ELA/Social Studies SPED Teacher

    Requirements:

    MSDE eligibility a must, activation prior to converting is required.

    At least one year of experience working with children

    A passion to work with children

     

    W2 position employee with Amergis Staffing (Not the district), you will only be expected to work hours assigned on the contract. No unpaid required after school duties.
