Oncology RN Coordinator | November Start – Palo Alto

Start Date: November 2025 | 26-Week Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Oncology RN Coordinator for a travel assignment at a leading hospital in Palo Alto, California. This is an excellent opportunity to support oncology patients in a high-acuity ambulatory care setting.

Position Highlights

+ Location: Palo Alto, CA

+ Setting: Hospital – Oncology Coordination

+ Start Window: November 2025

+ Contract Length: 26 weeks, with potential for extension

+ Schedule: 4x10s (40 hours/week)

+ Shift: Days

Required Qualifications

+ Must be a traveler (permanent address 50+ miles from the facility)

+ CA RN License

+ 5+ years of Oncology RN Coordinator experience

+ 3+ years accepted at a lower rate

+ Certifications:

+ BLS, ACLS, ONS (American Heart Association)

+ Experience:

+ EPIC EMR proficiency

+ Previous travel RN experience

Additional Compliance Requirements

+ TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to job site

+ Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements

+ Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and clients; proficiency in English required

+ Computer proficiency required

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate care for oncology patients in an ambulatory setting, support treatment planning and follow-up, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
