Job DescriptionWe are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Elementary Tutors to support students in grades K–5 in the Franklin Lakes area. The right candidates will be engaging, patient, and able to make learning fun while reinforcing essential academic skills. Responsibilities * Provide individualized tutoring in core elementary subjects (reading, writing, math, etc.). * Create engaging lessons tailored to each student’s needs and learning style. * Encourage confidence, motivation, and positive learning habits. * Communicate progress with parents/guardians. Qualifications * Teaching or tutoring experience with elementary students required. * Strong knowledge of K–5 curriculum. * Patient, reliable, and creative in making learning enjoyable. * Excellent communication skills. * Reliable transportation to Franklin Lakes, NJ.
