We have an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Operations Clerk at our hauling facility in Richwoods, MO

Job Duties include:

+ Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and demands

+ Ability to communicate effectively

+ Ability to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems

+ Ability to gather data, input data, and prepare reports

+ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

+ Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision

+ Analyze and resolve customer inquiries for missed or misplaced pick ups and property damages

+ Schedule and dispatch work to numerous employees throughout the day

+ Process and analyze productivity statistics for the district

+ Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently

Job Requirements:

+ 1 years of clerical, customer service and administrative experience

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in a dispatcher role

+ Proficient with computers including MS Word, Excel, and database software

+ Excellent organizational and administrative skills

+ Proficient in English and Spanish

+ Experience performing dispatching duties preferred

+ Prior experience with data entry and 10-key by touch preferred

+ Ability to work between the hours of 7am-5pm as well as some Saturdays.
