You’ll bring our guests into the magical world of LEGO through interactive workshops, exciting builds, and unforgettable guest experiences. 🤩

    Qualifications & Experience

    • What You'll Be Doing:

    • **Be the Star of the Show**

     

    You’re not behind the scenes—you’re the _face_ of the LEGO experience. With charisma and high energy, you’ll greet guests, host build challenges, and lead creative workshops.

     

    • **Build Amazing Things**

     

    From jaw-dropping LEGO sculptures to imaginative mini-builds, you’ll turn bricks into art—and teach others how to do the same!

     

    • **Inspire All Ages**

     

    Whether you're engaging curious toddlers or chatting with adult fans of LEGO (AFOLs), you'll spark creativity and encourage hands-on fun for every guest.

     

    • **Go Beyond the Bricks**

     

    Be camera-ready! You’ll represent the Discovery Center in media, social content, and PR opportunities. Show the world what it means to be a Master Model Builder!

     

    • **Collaborate with Cool People**

     

    Partner with our awesome Marketing, PR, and Operations teams to help create immersive events and experiences throughout the attraction.

     

    • What We're Looking For:

    •‍🎨 **Creative Genius**

    + Passionate about building—whether with LEGO bricks, in digital 3D, costume design, sculpture, or set design.

    + Brings original, playful ideas to life (not just licensed IP builds).

    • **Born Performer**

    + Charismatic, outgoing, and fun!

    + Can easily break the ice and connect with guests of all ages.

    + Experience hosting parties, camps, or workshops a big plus!

    • **Childlike Wonder (in the best way!)**

    + Knows how to engage children across age groups with empathy and enthusiasm.

    + Can get on their level—literally and figuratively—to build trust and inspire play.

    • **Growth Mindset**

    + Loves learning, trying new things, and improving builds.

    + Enjoys sharing that journey with others (even when it’s a little messy!).

    • **Hands-On Hobbyist**

    + Takes ownership from idea 💡 to execution ✅.

    + Always building, experimenting, and creating—no matter the medium.

    • **Media-Friendly Personality**

    + Comfortable in front of the camera and excited to be the face of LEGO fun!

    + Engages with guests, media, and online audiences with authenticity and enthusiasm.

    • Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Strong creative portfolio showcasing LEGO or 3D modeling/sculpture builds

    + Previous experience in a guest-facing, creative, or performative role preferred

    + Ability to obtain necessary certifications/licensures as needed

    • Additional Info:

    • **Travel** : Occasional local travel may be required

    • **Schedule** : Full-time with flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings

    • **Physical Demands** : Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet during shifts

    •️ **Work Environment** : Indoor/outdoor; hands-on; immersive; sometimes noisy but always FUN
