Responsibilities

As a Recruiter , You will:

+ Manage Recruitment Efforts : Facilitate the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and presenting candidates.

+ Build Strong Relationships: Partner with regional leadership, hiring managers, internal employees, and external jobseekers to understand staffing needs and deliver results.

+ Leverage Data & Tools: Monitor and track recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); provide accurate reporting and respond to inquiries with urgency

+ Develop Talent Pipelines: Proactively source candidates using advanced search methods, digital talent communities, referrals, and professional networks

+ Promote Employer Brand: Utilize social media and external partnerships to market job opportunities and attract diverse talent.

+ Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, consultative recruiting approach with clear communication and professionalism.

+ P rovide Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and ATS best practices

+ Uphold Integrity : Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and confidentiality in all recruitment activities

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field preferred

+ 2 + years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare , private sector or staffing agency experience preferred

+ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems

+ Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills

+ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruiting metrics.

+ High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
