    PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking bright, eager interns for our IT - SAP COE Department. We are looking for aMaster Data Coordinator Intern interested in starting a career at ourPark Ridge NJ location.

     

    Overview

     

    + Master data review and maintenance

    + Identify master data and its relationship to internal business processes

    + Assist business with extractions of various data tables

    + Identify any master data misalignments

    + Interact regularly with various departments to ensure the needs of the business are being met and understood

    Qualifications

    Qualifications :

    + Rising Senior in college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in C omputer Science, Business Analysis, or related field

    + Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better

    + Strong business acumen and analytical ability

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong interpersonal and organization skills

    + Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

    + Effective problem-solving skills

    + Self-motivated and bias for action

    + Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    + Demonstrated personal and professional values

    Required Skills/Experience:

    + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, macros, pivot)

    + Knowledge of and passion for the specific business you are interested in at PIM Brands

    + Have access to local housing and reliable transportation

    + Be able to work during our 10 week summer program, which is a 40-hour week, beginning June 1 st , 2026 through at least August 7 th 2026

    It would be great if you also had:

    + Prior experience with data entry

    + Able to understand logic between connecting data models to best understand structures and concepts

    + Knowledge of and passion for the specific business you are interested in at PIM Brands

    + Strong passion for and knowledge of the Food and CPG industry

    + Leadership experience on or off campus

    Pay:

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 -- $21.00 per hour. PIM Brands takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and

     

    certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

     

    Worksite

     

    + The PIM Brands Global Headquarters is located in Park Ridge, New Jersey

    + The internship requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on a rotating Friday schedule.
