Aircraft MaintenanceManager
Compass Call is an airborne electronic attack weapon system that has been actively deployed, supported and modernized for over 40 years. The Compass Call programen compasses the full life-cycle from technical studies and development to production, support equipment and training.With the introduction of Cross Decking the platform, BAE Systems became the Prime for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). This position offers the opportunity to join the team as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager to assist the Director of Maintenance and provide shift and deployed location aircraft maintenance continuity.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience in aircraft heavy aircraft maintenance,sortie generation and strategic planning.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Confidence in presentations to customer or management audiences
+ Experienced in computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
+ Working knowledge of Compliance,Trend Analysis, Scheduling, FOD & Tool Control,Technical Orders(T.O.), FAA FARs and Aircraft Maintenance Information Systems.
+ Must currently hold a secret security clearance and have the ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI if required.
+ When required,must be able to work flexible and extended hours.
+ Will be required to travel in support of maintenance functions.
+ Must be able to read, write and speak English
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License and 6 years of experience and in a similar position.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
