    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an IT Compliance Analyst to join one of their clients in Dallas, TX. The IT Compliance Analyst will support our clients' IT Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program. With guidance from senior staff, this role assists with monitoring, documenting, and testing IT controls. The position will focus on access reviews, segregation of duties, and compliance reporting within Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). This is an entry-level professional role designed to provide growth and development in IT compliance and governance. Responsibilities include:

     

    - Assist with the implementation and monitoring of SOX controls within IT systems.

     

    - Contribute to documentation of processes, controls, and configurations to support audit readiness.

     

    - Participate in walkthroughs and control testing under supervision.

     

    - Support the monitoring of segregation of duties (SoD) in RMC.

     

    - Help run compliance checks, role authority reviews, prepare compliance reports for management and auditors, and financial control reports

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

     

    - 1–2 years of experience auditing, compliance, or related areas (internships or co-op work may count).

     

    - Ability to document processes and communicate effectively.

     

    - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other documentation tools. - Exposure to Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar systems is a plus.

     

    - Familiarity with SOX, IT controls, or audit concepts preferred.
