    The Role

     

    You will lead the delivery and adoption of enterprise solutions that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions. In this role, you will drive execution of solution roadmaps, ensure measurable business value, and champion adoption across the enterprise. You will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to deploy and optimize platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, CPQ, and eCommerce, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consistent delivery results.

    Core Responsibilities

    + Lead solution delivery across CRM, CPQ, Service, and eCommerce portfolios, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

    + Translate business priorities into delivery plans, shape high-level requirements, and secure funding approval through compelling business cases.

    + Manage and guide implementation partners, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards and deliver expected business value.

    + Engage with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive alignment, adoption, and consistency across functions.

    + Ensure governance and compliance, following enterprise PMO, security, SOX, and data governance standards.

    + Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to accelerate roadmaps, enhance delivery effectiveness, and improve customer experience.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

    + Master’s degree preferred.

    + 10+ years of IT solution delivery, enterprise applications leadership, or business relationship management.

    + Proven track record leading large-scale delivery programs across CRM, CPQ, and digital platforms.

    + Expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, CPQ solutions, and reporting/analytics (Power BI, Tableau).

    + Strong understanding of B2B sales, service, and customer-facing processes.

    + Demonstrated experience in portfolio governance, compliance, and IT/business alignment.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels.

    + Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies, and vendor/partner management.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience fixing or redesigning poorly structured data or process flows.

    + Familiarity with advanced analytics and automation to support digital adoption.
