    Job Description

    Insight Global’s client is seeking a Software Development Engineer I to join the International Insights team, primarily as a front-end developer with strong experience in JavaScript and TypeScript, preferably using React. This candidate will support various projects that deliver data and insights to end users across regions. This person should be a proactive self-starter who can quickly ramp up, contribute to both existing and future initiatives, and collaborate effectively with the team to build high-quality solutions.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 2+ years of professional experience as a SDE, or strong co-op/internship experience.

    • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript build and packaging systems. React strongly preferred. • Backend Experience: NestJS (built on Express, or Express as an alternative).

    • Database experience: SQL/NoSQL.

    • Cloud: AWS experience.

    • Infrastructure: Terraform.

    • CI/CD: Experience with CI systems.

     

    Version Control: GitHub; version control is expected for everyone at this level.
