Insight Global is seeking highly motivated Embedded Software Engineer to support one of our clients in Indianapolis, IN. The Embedded Software Engineer will be supporting the V22 Osprey program, supporting both displays and mission processors for the aircraft. Some main job functions include:

• Use and provide creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems

• Work closely with Systems Engineers to design ideal solutions with the end user and operational needs in mind.

• Support all aspects of a software development life cycle as a member of a multi-disciplined team

• Support new and legacy military and commercial programs from concept and requirements, to design, development, integration, test, and potentially subsequent maintenance tasking.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years experience with embedded software development

• Experience developing and testing software using C+• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM

• Ability to obtain clearance • Experience in DOD/Aerospace industry

• RTOS experience
