    Job Description

    A manufacturing client is looking to have a paralegal to join their team to help with a backlog of contracts. This individual will work alongside their in-house paralegal to understand their internal process, review and redline low-risk agreements, clean up their current contract system (ContractPodAI), add metadata corrections to current contracts and update and maintain current contract trackers.

     

    This is a contract role for three months with possible extensions. It is onsite four days a week in Aurora, CO.

    Compensation:

    $25/hr to $35/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -3+ years as a paralegal

     

    -Paralegal certificate (ABA preferred)

     

    -Familiarity with a contract management system -ContractPodAI experience

     

    -Experience working in manufacturing
