Job Description
Act as delivery lead for one of three Digital One (D1) workstreams:
(1) Teller, (2) Banker Sales & Service, or (3) Banker Assisted Account Opening
Oversee Agile delivery with FIS vendor and internal BMO teams
Serve as liaison between business partners, vendors, and internal tech stakeholders (PM, QA, Engineering)
Communicate overall technology status, progress, risks, and dependencies
Manage integration of internal BMO and external vendor systems into the D1 solution
Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Support vendor problem and defect resolution

Skills and Requirements
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
Experience with FIS product migrations
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, DevOps)
Ability to communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies across teams
Experience managing vendor relationships and defect resolution Experience with FIS Digital One platform or similar branch sales/service platforms
