    Job Description

    *REMOTE*

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Experience team. This role focuses on enhancing our homegrown enterprise digital platforms through secure, optimized API integrations, endpoint management, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across frontend and backend technologies, API security protocols, and AI-driven automation tools. Access to source code and ability to configure in non-production environments is expected.

    API & Endpoint Management

    • Update and maintain endpoints across platforms including Unily, Apigee, and AWS.

    • Ensure seamless API call execution and integration.

    • Implement token exchanges, authorization flows, and other security protocols.

    Security & Authorization

    • Design and implement secure communication protocols.

    • Manage OAuth2, JWT, and other token-based authentication systems.

    • Apply API Gateway policies to enforce security standards.

    Network Optimization

    • Develop and manage caching strategies, throttling, and load balancing.

    • Monitor and improve network performance for API calls.

    Digital Experience Development

    • Work with CMS platforms such as Unily or similar enterprise solutions.

    • Develop and maintain frontend applications using AngularJS and Angular.

    • Build scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.

    Full Stack Development

    • Design and implement scalable full stack solutions.

    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless user experiences.

    • Maintain code quality and documentation across the stack.

    AI & Automation

    • Integrate AI-driven features and automation workflows.

    • Support intelligent routing and live chat transfer using Kore.ai platform.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement chatbot and NLP capabilities.
