    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled Technical Developer with hands-on experience in FTP and SFTP protocols to support secure data exchange between internal systems and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of file transfer scripting, and system integration, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and performance optimization.

     

    Hourly: $50-$60hr

    Skills and Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in technical development or system integration roles.

    • Strong knowledge of FTP/SFTP protocols, file encryption, and secure data handling.

    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and their integration points.

    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell.

    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and troubleshoot file transfer jobs, ensuring timely resolution of failures or delays.

    • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.

    • Ensure compliance with data security policies and encryption standards.

    • Maintain documentation for file transfer processes, configurations, and support procedures.
