Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Material Management:

+ Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.

+ Ensure materials are delivered to the correct production areas on time.

+ Manage inventory levels to support continuous production flow.

+ Inventory Control:

+ Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

+ Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

+ Monitor and report low stock levels, initiating reorder processes as needed.

+ Logistics Coordination:

+ Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies for timely delivery of materials.

+ Prepare and package materials for shipment as needed.

+ Ensure proper labeling and documentation of materials.

+ Operational Support:

+ Collaborate with production teams to understand material needs and priorities.

+ Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to optimize material flow.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.

+ Equipment Operation:

+ Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

+ Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ 3+ years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.

+ Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office products.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

+ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment:

+ This position requires working in a manufacturing facility, which may include exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

+ The role involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
