As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, a typical day might include:

+ Perform gynecologic procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertions, colposcopies, and cervical cancer screenings

+ Conduct well-woman exams, STI testing, contraceptive counseling, postpartum care, menopause care

+ Option for prenatal care but not essential

Qualifications needed:

+ Active Idaho NP license

+ Graduation from an accredited School

+ Can be cleared through the National Practitioner Database

+ Current DEA license

+ Experience in women's health is required

+ Strong communication skills and a warm, compassionate approach to patient care

+ Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment

+ Travel between clinic locations is required
