What awaits you:

+ Provide support to the maintenance department in equipment troubleshooting to reduce / eliminate downtime

+ Provide engineering support to plant operations

+ Design, inspect, and repair equipment

+ Create and implement equipment maintenance schedules

+ Research and implement opportunities to make processes more efficient\.

+ Quantify performance and improvement opportunities

+ Improve overall equipment effectiveness

+ Specify and oversee work of outside contractors

+ Document equipment operations and parameters

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:

+ Technical education \(Degree in Engineering or comparable\) required

+ Relevant technical knowledge of your defined functional area

+ Related experience in a manufacturing facility required

+ Knowledge in defining process equipment & technologies

+ Product design knowledge a plus

+ Knowledge in Six Sigma and Quality Management Tools a plus

+ Microsoft Office product knowledge required

+ CAD/Solidworks knowledge required
