Project Administrator will be joining our innovative Corporate Program Management Office that delivers transformative, sustainable, high-value outcomes across the company that advances our strategic direction. Uses formal project management practices and Agile methodologies to manage major programs/projects, providing project management processes, tools, personnel, training, support, and leadership assistance to program/project management, portfolio management, and continuous improvements. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration support of the program/project management team. You will also have significant exposure to managing small moderately complex projects, smaller-scale initiatives, and coordination. This candidate will also work on executive dashboards and any other dashboards from the enterprise project management system. Great opportunity to grow and learn about program/project management and Agile methods.
This position will be filled to work a Hybrid schedule at any of the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO / Springfield, MO and you are required to go into the office once a month for onsite collaboration, meetings, events, and or training.
The target salary range for this position is $ 48,350 – $60,000 based on experience and location.
What you'll be responsible for:
+ Assist Program/Project Managers with meeting minutes, meetings scheduling, conference room support and setup, video conferencing, large planning sessions, formal project planning sessions.
+ Keep project information updated in the enterprise project management system and dashboard updates.
+ Perform administrative duties for enterprise portfolio/project management system.
+ Perform administrative closure in programs/projects.
+ Perform administrative set-up of all new projects following the project management framework.
+ Manage capturing corporate-wide capitalization hours.
+ May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
+ A minimum of 18 months combination experience in administrative support and or project management experience.
+ Must be able to multitask and have strong organizational skills.
+ Must be able to manage and complete tasks.
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
+ Experience utilizing AI.
+ Experience utilizing MS Excel.
+ Experience with Agile methodology.
