Job Location Fayetteville Job Description Description: Senior Category Analysts (CAs) are responsible for delivering Winning Shelf Now & Next Solutions for Walmart. Sr CAs must develop a deep knowledge of the Category they work on to support the Category Development Manager in influencing & executing Walmart’s Category Strategies. Sr CAs must have strong interpersonal skills as they co-own the relationship with the Walmart Buyer. Sr CAs are responsible for the execution of the Walmart Modular Process (Strategy Development, Modular Drawing, Modular Analysis, etc.). Sr CAs must have strong analytical skills in order to support Walmart’s weekly reporting and ad hoc analytical needs leveraging P&G’s suite of analytical tools (FastMart, Nielsen, Scintilla, etc.). Sr CAs are responsible for maintaining item & store segmentation which fuels P&G’s analytical tools & modular software. Sr CAs must also be able to leverage shopper insights to deliver strategic alignment and drive execution across the Omni Shopping Environment. Senior CAs are proficient in 1 or more P&G Analytical Tools or Space Planning Software and serve as experts & trainers for the Walmart Category Management Team.
