Join us as the Senior Director of Wholesale Fuels, where you'll drive growth, shape strategy, and lead a high-impact team across a dynamic and evolving business landscape.

    What You’ll Do:

    Own the Strategy: Develop and execute the business strategy for a 1.3B gallon wholesale fuels division, driving growth across ~1800 locations nationwide.

     

    Be the Face of the Business: Lead the development and alignment of all customer facing sales and growth activities. Represent Wholesale Operations to senior executives, cross-functional partners and external partners with confidence and clarity.

     

    Lead Sales & Operations: Align and empower Market Managers, Dealer Consultants, and Commission Agents to exceed sales and profit goals. The team consists of 8 direct reports as well as an organization of 50-60 total employees.

     

    Drive Expansion: Identify acquisition targets and collaborate with M&A, Real Estate, and Franchising to unlock new growth opportunities.

     

    Road Warrior: This position requires extensive travel visiting clients, team members and meetings.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree

     

    Experience: 15+ years in strategy, finance, operations, and sales—preferably in wholesale fuels.

     

    Expertise: Deep knowledge of PMPA regulations, vendor/supplier management, and customer operations.

     

    Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.

     

    Financial Acumen: Strong commercial insight and the ability to evaluate complex deal structures.

     

    Presence: Executive-level communication and crisis leadership skills.
