Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Manager of Provider Data Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of consumer-facing provider data systems and processes. You will support the AVP of Provider Data Strategy who oversees multiple network integrity platforms, including provider data management and, scheduling services to support network optimization programs.
You will serve as a key liaison between ITG, Marketing Data Management, and field stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of data issues, effective communication, and consistent documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of independently solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, results-oriented and able to synthesize and clearly articulate complexities to align multiple stakeholders,
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
System Support & Ticket Management
+ Troubleshoot and manage tickets related to the Find-A-Doctor website module and provider data issues.
+ Administer taxonomy systems and maintain functional dictionaries for consumer-facing platforms.
+ Coordinate and escalate issues with ITG and CareLink teams as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
+ Serve as a liaison between ITG and Data Management teams to ensure alignment on provider data needs.
+ Build and maintain documentation and educational materials for field stakeholders.
+ Send regular communications and updates to internal teams regarding system changes, issues, and resolutions.
Process Coordination & Documentation
+ Maintain and update SharePoint sites with relevant documentation and resources.
+ Coordinate audits and data validation processes to ensure data integrity.
+ Support provider data integration efforts related to acquisitions and divestitures.
Operational Excellence
+ Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve data issues and improve processes.
+ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
+ Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ High attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to understand and clearly summarize complex concepts and workflows
+ Strong technical aptitude and experience with system administration
+ Data-driven approach to decision-making and issue resolution.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint preferred.
+ Familiarity with healthcare terminology and provider data systems is a plus.
