Job Summary and Qualifications
The IT Manager of Case Management will implement the technical product roadmap & solutions for Case Management Services for HCA Healthcare.
Major Responsibilities
+ Responsible for partnering with developers, technicians, analysts, and business process experts on strategic programs, projects, and activities to support the technology roadmap.
+ Large enterprise application development/deployment from design through support
+ Translate business requirements into technical designs, determining measures of success including patient and end user experience
+ Develop positive relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
+ Ensure repeatable processes are documented and adheres to HCA design and development standards.
+ Ownership of a production support team; enterprise incident and change management workgroup ownership, achieving service management objectives
+ Provide on-call production support as needed to support the Case Management services teams.
+ Manage multiple development projects at a time independently or part of a larger team.
+ Coaches, mentors and develops team members based on HCA Healthcare software engineering standards.
+ Creation of solution proposals including financials and cost benefit analysis
+ Strong communication, executive presence and strategic thinking
Desired Qualifications
+ Previous direct people leader experience
+ Experience in implementation of a patient medical record product or supporting products in the clinical workflow
+ Ability to lead large, multi-functional teams with a mix of employee, vendor partner and contract resources
+ Performs other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred
+ Seven or more years experience in a relevant role
