The team working on this represents the next step in Meta’s vision to bring the world together by enabling a true sense of presence across digital spaces. Our Wearables teams are building products to enable people to be more present, connected, and empowered in the world. The portfolio includes both displayless and display-powered AR glasses, other form factors (e.g., wrist), as well as the software experiences that power them including novel applications of AI (e.g., multi modal AI). In this role you will lead marketing across the Reality Labs portfolio, encompassing the Metaverse and Wearables categories. You will lead end to end marketing of multiple devices in each category including shaping global go to market strategies, defining competitive positioning, and delivering high impact, multi channel campaigns. Success will require a leader with proven expertise in launching and scaling consumer hardware products, capable of transforming business and product strategy into powerful brand platforms that accelerate growth and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires near term launch excellence with long term strategy, ensuring sustained relevance and category leadership. Additionally, this leader will champion data driven decision making to optimise spend and maximise impact, while elevating the creative bar for world class campaigns. They will be expected to build relationships cross functionally, anticipate market shifts, influence product roadmaps, and shape long term portfolio strategy in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape.

    1. Manage and scale a high performing marketing organization, aligning individual strength with business priorities, and fostering a culture of innovation ,accountability and impact

    2. Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities

    3. Lead and collaborate with a multitude of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class marketing campaigns, product launches and GTMs

    4. Develop, manage and support the execution of integrated marketing efforts that seamlessly connect digital, social, experiential and traditional touch points,ensuring brand narratives are consistently amplified and product impact is visible in every market.

    5. Consistently build strong internal partnerships, influence, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy

    6. Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives

    7. Experience partnering with product teams (product design, content design, product management) and using brand strategy to inform product experiences and GTM executions

    Minimum Qualifications:

    8. 18 + years of experience with brand and product marketing, consumer products and/or hardware with brands and at companies with global scale

    9. 15+ years of experience with global team leadership, cross-functional team leadership, and team management

    10. Track record of building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping multi-year product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies

    11. Experience owning and overseeing multiple portfolio areas and marketing vision while creating buy-in and enthusiasm from peers, individual contributors, and other leaders

    12. Experience influencing and leading strategies across multiple lines of business and matrixed teams

    13. Experience identifying and analyzing complex, long term, critical problems facing the relevant areas of the business and drove solutions for them

    14. Track record of developing global strategy and delivering impactful communication and campaigns internationally - proven with data

    15. Experience managing multiple campaigns and/or product launch GTMs simultaneously, working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly and to the highest impact

    16. Experience bringing new products to market

    17. Experience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers) and influencing / managing up to executive and cross-functional leadership

    18. Experience partnering with product management, product design, and other cross-functional teams (Analytics, Research, Creative etc) to drive business results

    19. Demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience

    20. Experience and/or domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms

    21. Experience working and thriving in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment

    22. Experience with founding or leading a company or division and/or launching products and businesses

    23. MS/MBA degree
