Locations: CA, GA

Position Details

+ Generally, leads small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger more complex project.

+ Manages and maintains positive client relationship.

+ Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for a project.

+ Ensures project is cashflow positive by developing schedule of values and managing client invoicing. Assists in ensuring prompt payment as required.

+ Organizes and leads project meetings with clients and internal departments.

+ Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule and budget.

+ In collaboration with the project team, mitigates project risks to avoid write-downs.

+ Manages contract documentation requirements from kick off to closeout.

+ Facilitates and manages communications regarding project scope with subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

+ Four-year degree in related field, or applicable experience.

+ 5+ years’ experience, including construction team management.

+ In-depth knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems.

+ Strong negotiation skills.

+ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

+ Established project management skills.

+ Experience collaborating across multiple teams and subcontractors.

+ Strong financial acumen.

+ Strong knowledge of building construction processes and methods, building codes and permitting.

+ Strong computer skills, including, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel and Microsoft Projects.

**Pay:** Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland) this ranges from $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.

Roles that include driving as an essential job duty will be required to have a successful Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR). We are not able to offer sponsorship of employment at this time.
