Description:
Join our dynamic Immediate Care team, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting!
• Clinic Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Schedule Options:
5 shifts/week at 8 hours each (5/8s)
4 shifts/week at 10 hours each (4/10s)
3 shifts/week at 12 hours each (3/12s) Day shift only
• Rotation Requirements:
Evening rotation
Weekend rotation (Saturday & Sunday)
Holiday rotation
• Travel Expectations:
Occasional travel to Burr Ridge and Tinley Park locations as needed

Under the supervision of the manager/director, coordinates and maintains daily operational activities to assure the delivery of quality care, to provide exceptional cstomer service, to foster collaborative and professional working relationships and to ensure staff adherence to the policies and procedures of the health care system and regulatory agencies.
Minimum Education:
**Required:** Administrative or technical background acquired through completion of 2 - 3 years of college
**Preferred:** Associates Degree
**Specify Degree(s)** : Successful completion of accredited medical assistant program
Successful completion of Loyola's phlebotomy training program is required
Minimum Experience:
**Required:** Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
**Preferred:** 6 years of experience as a Medical Assistant Details: Ambulatory experience in a primary or specialty care setting required
Previous Supervisory experience in an active, clinical setting is strongly preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
Required: (upon hire)
Possess at least one (1) of the following Medical Assistant certifications:
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
American Medical Technologists (AMT)
National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
BLS CPR from the AHA
Preferred:
ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certified) and/or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP)

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $25.71 - $27.13 per hour
_Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
