As a Client Service Associate with a supportive and welcoming team, you will learn the Registered Investment Advisor industry from the ground up and have multiple career paths to choose from.
This position is located on the edge of downtown Bellevue. We have a hybrid work environment (in office 2-3 days per week).

Specific responsibilities include:
+ Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers, including managing client information and handling all cashiering and money movement requests
+ Scheduling and organizing client meetings and proactively preparing meeting materials in advance
+ Coordinating the new client onboarding process:
+ Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, setting up online reporting access
+ Updating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, reconciling account information
+ Sending and receiving documents to clients, their advisors, and investment custodians
+ Entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system
Required Experience:
+ Customer service experience and the desire to provide superior client service in a team-oriented environment
+ Interest in building a career in the wealth management industry
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio accounting (or similar systems) is a plus
+ Exceptional communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently
+ Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
+ Outstanding reliability (the team’s hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday)
+ A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
