    The Boeing Company is seeking a **Financial Analyst (Associate or Mid‑Level)** to join the team in **Everett, Washington** . This is an exciting opportunity to support the high‑visibility KC‑46 Tanker program.

     

    A successful candidate will be a proactive self‑starter who collaborates effectively and builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Review Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance

    + Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and dashboards

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

    + Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections and assessments using financial and business knowledge and experience

    + Build relationships and collaborate across multiple business and financial stakeholders to develop solutions and drive results

    + Prepare contractual cost reporting deliverables (e.g., IPMDAR, CSDR)

    + Support the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process

    + Support Estimate to Budget Baselines

    + This position requires the ability to work on-site at our Everett, Washington facility

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 1+ years of experience in finance related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)

    + 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)

    + 1+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices

    + Knowledge of the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process

    + Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary Pay Range Associate (Level 2): $68,850 - $93,150

     

    Summary Pay Range Experienced (Level 3): $85,000 - $115,000
