    Boeing** **Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Quality Manager** to support the **Fabrication South Carolina Aerostructures Team** based out of **Orangeburg, South Carolina.

     

    In this exciting position, you will lead the charge in managing resources to drive impactful process improvements. You'll have the opportunity to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and your dedicated team. In this role, you will lead a passionate team ensuring the technical excellence of every product and initiative.

    Position Responsibilities** **:

    + Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.

    + Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

    + Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

    + Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.

    + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

    + Manages, develops and motivates employees.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality

    + Experience working within quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), or Aerospace Standard (AS9100)

    + Demonstrate leadership experience, i.e. lead, manager or supervisor in a formal or informal capacity

    + Experience in evaluating, planning, analyzing, and developing quality tools, techniques and methods

    + Well-developed oral and written communication skills, organizational, decision-making, analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience leading and influencing people in a Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing organization

    + 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

    + Experience with quality investigations and the MRB process

    + Experience completing process-oriented tasks accurately and in an organized manner

    + Self-starter who creates and implements job-related solutions and procedures

    Summary pay range: $108,300 - $140,800
