    Technical Operator - Bethune, SC

    **Hours:** Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 4.00 PM with Overtime Possible| **Pay:** $18 - $20/hr

     

    Olsten Staffing is seeking a skilled **Technical Operator** for our Bethune, SC location. This is a hands-on role for a motivated individual with manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a team-focused mindset.

    What You'll Do:

    + Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.

    + Ensure product quality standards are met and conduct testing on materials.

    + Lead and support projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

    + Work independently and as part of a self-directed team.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Manufacturing experience and strong problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to become multi-skilled and achieve Skill Matrix certification.

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Mathematical aptitude and computer proficiency.

    + Ability to obtain fork truck and aerial lift certifications.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
