    Construction Laborer – $21–$24/hr | Year-Round Work | Entry-Level Welcome

    **Location:** Gretna, Nebraska

    **Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM

    A solid construction company is hiring **Laborers** to help build Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). This is a great chance to get steady, year-round work with **good pay** and **hands-on experience** —no welding required to start.

    Pay & Hours

    + **$21–$24/hour** , based on experience

    + **Weekly pay**

    + Overtime available

    Job Duties

    + Cut, stage, and bolt metal materials based on blueprints

    + Use hand and power tools: pry bars, tin snips, ratchets, hammers, etc.

    + Work from scissor lifts and follow OSHA safety rules

    + Assist with setup and installation of metal structures

    Requirements

    + Entry-level candidates welcome

    + 2+ years of general construction preferred

    + Comfortable using tools and working outdoors

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Work Environment

    + Outdoor job sites

    + Physical work with exposure to weather

    + Safety gear and PPE provided

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
