Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on various systems within the facility. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure efficient resource management and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

+ Complete work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources.

+ Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and business partners to identify priorities and deadlines.

+ Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on doors, flooring, structures, and various systems.

+ Communicate effectively to manage resources, time, and equipment.

+ Prioritize and accomplish routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.

+ Inspect equipment to ensure effective working order and assist in repairs.

+ Troubleshoot equipment problems to identify significant issues or repair needs.

+ Complete work orders and maintain records and logs according to company procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field.

+ Experience in commercial HVAC/R and building controls.

+ Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification preferred.

Work Environment

The role involves moving through narrow, confined spaces and over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Work may be performed at heights, including on roofs and scaffolding. The position requires working varying shifts as needed.
