    Required Qualifications:

    Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience delivering results in a large or federated environment (higher ed, public sector).

    + Demonstrated impact on satisfaction, reliability, adoption, or other metrics.

    + Ability to work and collaborate effectively with partners, customers, and stakeholders with diverse perspectives and needs

    + Strong skills in written and verbal communication, especially stakeholder communication and collaboration.

    + Familiarity with IT risk, accessibility, and security practices.

    + Comfort with IT methodologies and practices (agile, service management, etc.).

    + Portfolio/product/project leadership at an enterprise scale.

    + Track record of successfully launching modern data platforms and analytics solutions at an enterprise scale.

    + Budgeting and vendor management experience.

    + Experience standing up data governance, data literacy, and analytics training programs; chairing councils/committees.

    + Experience with privacy/compliance in higher ed (e.g., FERPA ) and security best practices.
