    Description

    Position Summary:

    Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization to find an experienced Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and managing payroll-related records. This role supports compliance with tax regulations and ensures employee satisfaction through precise compensation management.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process payroll for all employees, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.

    + Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate documentation for audits and reporting.

    + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.

    + Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

    + Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for accurate reporting.

    + Calculate and file payroll taxes, garnishments, and other required deductions.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in payroll processing.

    + Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and timekeeping systems.

    + Thorough understanding of payroll tax laws.

    + Strong numerical and organizational skills.
