Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Atwater, California. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and financial support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position is expected to last approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

• Handle light invoicing tasks to support billing operations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting clients with inquiries.

• Provide general clerical support to the administrative team.

• Maintain organized records of transactions and financial documents.

• Ensure compliance with payment handling procedures and cash management protocols.
