Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join the the Technology Governance as an Issue Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the identification, tracking, and resolution of Information Security-related issues that arise across CVS Health. As a colleague of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team in the Technology Governance (ISTS), you'll ensure that all identified issues (findings/remediation plans) follow the issue management lifecycle, they are addressed timely and completed in an efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in Risk Management and develop effective remediation skills in Issue Management.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist in the identification and documentation of issues that arise within the ISTS organization.
+ Track and monitor progress of issue resolution efforts.
+ Collaborate with team members and other colleagues to analyze and understand root causes of issues.
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions to address identified issues.
+ Assist in the communication of issue status and updates to relevant stakeholders.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all issue management activities.
+ Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and suggestions for improving issue management processes.
+ Adhere to established guidelines and/or requirements for issue management.
+ Utilize established processes and/or procedures to complete documentation within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system of record.
Required Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in Issue Management, Information Security, Risk Management, Audit, or IT.
+ 1+ years of experience with Archer OR other Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 1+ year prior experience in Issue Management lifecycle application.
+ Basic Knowledge of Risk Management and Internal Control(s).
+ Attention to detail with ability to interpret complex data.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Solid organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$72,100.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
