    STGi is currently seeking a CNA Supply Clerk to provide services at The William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home.

     

    The William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home is located in Temple, TX. Our staff provides compassionate and specialized care to our nation's veterans. We focus on providing the best experience for residents and their families.

     

    JOB SUMMARY: To support the effective and profitable operation of the community by executing orchestrated systems that ensure the orderly flow of materials to all departments.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Write clear accurate supply orders.

    2. Be responsible for inventory control.

    3. Identify type and amount of each item to be stocked.

    4. Keep accurate organized records of the type and amount of supplies received.

    5. Receive supplies stock or store in safe manner.

    6. Complete all assigned Relias training timely and any other in-services required.

    7. Send invoices to A/P promptly advise BOM of resident charges.

    8. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

    9. Consistently cooperatively works with others.

    10. Adhere to break, meal and clock in/out procedures.

    11. Perform other related duties as directed.

    12. Code/allocate all invoices and submit to Administrator for approval.

    13. Verify that supply levels are adequate by checking supply areas and par levels, and communicating with staff.

    14. Receive, organize, store, and distribute supplies in accordance with company standards.

    15. Effectively use Costpoint software for all invoice reconciliation.

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    LVN license, CNA, or CMA Certification preferred.

    Required Experience

    REQUIRED EDUCATION:

    High School diploma or GED required. LVN license, CNA, or CMA Certification preferred.
