    As an In-Home Sales Consultant, your role will involve meeting with customers in the comfort of their homes, expertly guiding them through the flooring selection process, and delivering exceptional customer service.     Responsibilities

    + Meet with customers in their homes to discuss their flooring needs.

    + Provide customers with expert advice and guide them through the selection process.

    + Accurately measure rooms, provide quotes, and complete sales orders.

    + Receiving comprehensive and ongoing sales training from day one to ensure your success.

    Requirements

    + No experience required! We will train you!

    + Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to take control of your own earnings.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Able to work weekdays and Saturdays.

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
