Job Description:

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Analyst Sr Principal. Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Program Analyst Sr Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the AFSOC Customers and mission. You will play a crucial role in expanding GDIT’s mission with the customer.

+ This role supports both the program execution aspects along with helping grow the business with new or existing work.

+ Lead/Manage/Support our AFSOC team portfolios

+ Collaborate with programs, growth, and our subsidiary companies to deliver for the customers, identify new activities and deconflict efforts to support the mission.

+ Drive Program growth, program execution, help coach guide and mentor others on the team in various aspects.

+ Utilize domain knowledge with AFSOC, Special Operations, Program execution/delivery, business development to enhance the business.

+ Identification of new business opportunities that support the account plan, Business Area growth goals, and submit targets, throughout the opportunity life cycle

+ Assist in developing and executing the AFSOC & JSOC growth strategy in coordination with Sector leadership

+ Execute call plans to collect information about particular opportunities; in collaboration with technical staff, propose and test potential solutions; and qualify opportunities

+ Prepare for and presents opportunities for bid decisions and pipeline reviews

+ Assist with early development of win strategies during Identification phase, prior to assignment of a Capture Manager

+ Meet with customers to understand the customer territory—relative to portfolio of deals

+ Throughout opportunity life cycle, provides insight from the customer point of view

+ Maintain on-going interaction with the Defense marketing team

+ Develop broad customer and partner relationships and regular travel to customer sites

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst Sr Principal must have:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

+ Experience: 10+ years of related experience

+ Technical skills/proven experience: Program Management Experience, Profit and Loss (P&L) experience, Military experience with Air Force specifically with SOCOM/AFSOC/JSOC, Customer Management, Strategic Planning, Budget Management, Capture Management, Strategy Development,

+ Security clearance level: TS/SCI Required

+ US citizenship required

+ Role requirements: Position will require 25%-30% travel, May require extended time at the customer site.

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 - $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
