Description

We are hiring a customer-focused Deskside Support Technician to join our IT support team in Cleveland, OH. This position will provide Level I & II support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software, working directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. There will be some remote support for the Atlanta, GA location.

Job Duties

+ Provide Level I & II desktop support for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and peripheral issues

+ Manage imaging and deployment of new systems

+ Perform Active Directory administration (password resets, GPO)

+ Support Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange/Outlook troubleshooting

+ Maintain and upgrade systems, ensuring standard business applications and peripherals are operational

+ Resolve virus/malware issues and perform system clean-ups

+ Manage service tickets using ServiceNow

+ Assist with hardware distribution to nationwide locations

+ Maintain hardware/software inventory and perform warranty service tasks

+ Collaborate with team members and provide occasional technical guidance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2–3 years IT support experience (desktop/hardware/software)

+ Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, imaging/deployment

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions

+ High school diploma (technical certifications preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
