The Creator & Fandom team within Microsoft’s Marketing Experiences Social and Creative organization is looking for culturally-fluent **Content Creator** to help bring our creator programs to life. This role blends content creation, UGC (user generated content), social strategy, and copywriting capabilities together, helping Microsoft’s commercial brands show up in more human, resonant ways across social.
We’re looking for someone who gets creators, understands their audiences, and can create across formats—from a TikTok video to a thought leadership post to social video or a phenomenal brief. In this role, you will help shape how we engage customers, employees, developers, IT (information technology) pros, and business decision-makers through creator-led storytelling.

Responsibilities
+ You will propose, concept, and execute social-first video creation, supporting content strategies across the Microsoft Commercial social organization
+ You will write platform-native copy for creator campaigns, including scripts, captions, post-copy, and VO (voice over).
+ You will collaborate with creators to refine messaging and help shape their delivery while maintaining authenticity.
+ You will support the development of campaign concepts, creative briefs, and content strategy.
+ You will lead on the ground content creation efforts in support of priority Microsoft Commercial events and experiences
+ You will collaborate with marketing, social, events, and product teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints.
+ You will contribute to the tone and voice of creator and fandom content across Microsoft commercial brands.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in content creation, copywriting, content strategy, or creator marketing
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) experience creating content tailored for social media platforms, with understanding of how creators communicate across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
+ 1+ year(s) experience in content creation for a brand or agency, with a portfolio that demonstrates collaboration with creators or brands and showcases end-to-end content development -- from concept to execution.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field AND 3+ year(s) experience in content creation, copywriting, content strategy, or creator marketing
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience writing in different voices for different creators, channels, and audiences.
+ Experience distilling technical or enterprise topics into accessible, engaging content and copy.
Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
